The enforcement measures provided for in Article L. 412-1, the provisions of Articles 1 and 2 of amended Regulation (EEC) No 315/93 of the Council of the European Communities of 8 February 1993 laying down Community procedures for contaminants in foodstuffs, and the provisions of Articles 1 to 6 of amended Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 of 19 December 2006 setting maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs and its annex.
