The enforcement measures provided for in Article L. 412-1 the provisions of Articles 1 and 2, Chapter II, point 2 of Chapter IV of Section V “Minced meat, meat preparations and mechanically separated meat (MSM)”, point 1 of Section VI “Meat-based products” of Annex III of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin, as amended.
