Article R412-31 of the French Consumer Code

The enforcement measures provided for in Article L. 412-1 the provisions of Articles 1 and 2, Chapter II, point 2 of Chapter IV of Section V “Minced meat, meat preparations and mechanically separated meat (MSM)”, point 1 of Section VI “Meat-based products” of Annex III of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin, as amended.

Constituent les mesures d’exécution prévues à l’article L. 412-1 les dispositions des articles 1er et 2, du chapitre II, du point 2 du chapitre IV de la section V ” Viandes hachées, préparations de viandes et viandes séparées mécaniquement (VSM) “, du point 1 de la section VI ” Produits à base de viande ” de l’annexe III du règlement (CE) n° 853/2004 du Parlement et du Conseil du 29 avril 2004 modifié fixant des règles spécifiques d’hygiène applicable à des denrées alimentaires d’origine animale.
