Article R412-34 of the French Consumer Code

The enforcement measures provided for in Article L. 412-1 the provisions of Articles 2 to 5 and 18 to 20 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 February 2005, as amended, on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin and its annexes.

Constituent les mesures d’exécution prévues à l’article L. 412-1 les dispositions des articles 2 à 5 et 18 à 20 du règlement (CE) n° 396/2005 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 23 février 2005 modifié relatives aux limites maximales applicables aux résidus de pesticides présents dans ou sur les denrées alimentaires et les aliments pour animaux, d’origine végétale et animale et ses annexes.
