Article R4124-1 of the French Public Health Code

Elections to the Regional and Inter-Regional Councils shall take place under the conditions laid down in Chapter V of this Title. Voting shall take place by post or, where the National Council has so decided pursuant to article R. 4125-22, by electronic means.

As far as the Order of Midwives is concerned, the election of the inter-regional council is carried out by the National Council.

The results of the election are published without delay by the director of the regional health agency of the region concerned or of the region in which the headquarters of the inter-regional council is located on the agency’s website.

Les élections au sein des conseils régionaux et interrégionaux ont lieu dans les conditions prévues au chapitre V du présent titre. Le vote a lieu par correspondance ou, lorsque le Conseil national l’a décidé en application de l’article R. 4125-22, par voie électronique.

En ce qui concerne l’ordre des sages-femmes, les opérations électorales du conseil interrégional sont effectuées par le Conseil national.

Le résultat de l’élection est publié sans délai par le directeur de l’agence régionale de santé de la région concernée ou de la région dans laquelle est situé le siège du conseil interrégional sur le site internet de l’agence.
