The period of validity of the multi-annual residence permit bearing the wording “passport-talent” provided for in articles L. 421-16, L. 421-17, L. 421-18, L. 421-19, L. 421-20 or L. 421-21 is determined in the light of the reasons for the stay and the foreign national’s project, up to a maximum period of four years.
