Article R421-28 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of article L. 421-15, the host establishment in France of the foreign national admitted to reside in another European Union Member State shall first notify the foreign national’s mobility project to the minister responsible for immigration under the conditions laid down by joint order of the minister responsible for immigration and the minister responsible for higher education and research. This order also establishes the standard model mobility notification form and sets the list of supporting documents to be attached to this notification.

Article R421-28

Pour l’application de l’article L. 421-15, l’établissement d’accueil en France de l’étranger admis au séjour dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne notifie au préalable le projet de mobilité de l’étranger au ministre chargé de l’immigration dans les conditions prévues par arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé de l’immigration et du ministre chargé de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche. Cet arrêté établit également le modèle type de formulaire de notification de mobilité et fixe la liste des pièces justificatives à joindre à cette notification.
