The decrees provided for in Article L. 422-1 are taken after obtaining the opinion of:
1° The Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé mentioned in article L. 5311-1 of the Public Health Codewhen they concern products falling within its field of competence;
2° From the National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety mentioned in article L. 1313-1 of the Public Health Code when they include provisions designed to prevent health or nutritional risks.
These opinions are made public.
However, the provisions of this article do not apply to decrees whose purpose is to bring regulations into line with binding decisions and acts of the European Union.
