Article R4221-12 of the French Public Health Code

The skills consolidation course provided for in the penultimate paragraph of article L. 4221-12 is completed on a full-time basis, in a host structure listed in the order referred to in article R. 4221-7-1, where applicable in the medical biology speciality, for a period of two years.

The Director General of the Centre National de Gestion organises a national procedure for choosing a post after the knowledge test, in accordance with the conditions laid down by order of the Minister for Health.

Successful candidates choose, in order of ranking, where applicable for the medical biology speciality, the post in which they will complete the skills consolidation course.

The Director General of the Centre National de Gestion, on behalf of the Minister for Health, assigns each successful candidate in accordance with the selection procedure mentioned in the second paragraph of this article.

If the candidate completes his or her skills consolidation programme in a private establishment of collective interest or a private establishment, he or she is assigned to the university hospital centre of the subdivision in which this establishment is located. He/she is made available by means of an agreement.

Article R4221-12

Le parcours de consolidation des compétences prévu à l’avant-dernier alinéa de l’article L. 4221-12 est accompli à temps plein, dans une structure d’accueil figurant dans l’arrêté mentionné à l’article R. 4221-7-1, le cas échant dans la spécialité de biologie médicale, pour une durée de deux ans.

Le directeur général du Centre national de gestion organise, à l’issue des épreuves de vérification des connaissances, une procédure nationale de choix de poste dans des conditions fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

Les lauréats choisissent, dans l’ordre du classement, le cas échéant pour la spécialité de biologie médicale, le poste dans lequel ils réaliseront le parcours de consolidation des compétences.

Le directeur général du Centre national de gestion, au nom du ministre chargé de la santé, affecte chaque lauréat conformément à la procédure de choix mentionnée au deuxième alinéa du présent article.

Dans le cas où le candidat réalise son parcours de consolidation des compétences dans un établissement privé d’intérêt collectif ou un établissement privé, il est affecté dans le centre hospitalier universitaire de la subdivision dans laquelle cet établissement est situé. Il est mis à disposition par voie de convention.
