Article R4221-15-1 of the French Public Health Code

The president of the competent regional council or central council appoints a rapporteur.

The pharmacist concerned and, where applicable, the national council are convened by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt at least eight days before the meeting of the competent regional council or central council. They are informed of the dates on which they may consult the file at the headquarters of the competent regional council or central council. The experts’ report is sent to them.

The notice of meeting indicates that the pharmacist may be assisted or represented by any person of his choice and, where applicable, the national council by one of its members or by a lawyer.

Le président du conseil régional ou du conseil central compétent désigne un rapporteur.


Le pharmacien intéressé et, le cas échéant, le conseil national sont convoqués par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception huit jours au moins avant la séance du conseil régional ou du conseil central compétent. Ils sont informés des dates auxquelles ils peuvent consulter le dossier au siège du conseil régional ou du conseil central compétent. Le rapport des experts leur est communiqué.


La convocation indique que le pharmacien peut se faire assister ou représenter par toute personne de son choix et, le cas échéant, le conseil national par un de ses membres ou par un avocat.
