Article R4221-15-3 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of articles R. 4221-15-1 and R. 4221-15-2 are applicable before the National Council. The decisions of the National Council are also notified to the competent Regional Council or Central Council. The notification shall state that the decision may be appealed on grounds of ultra vires before the Conseil d’Etat within two months.

Les dispositions des articles R. 4221-15-1 et R. 4221-15-2 sont applicables devant le conseil national. Les décisions du conseil national sont, en outre, notifiées au conseil régional ou au conseil central compétent. La notification mentionne que la décision est susceptible d’un recours pour excès de pouvoir devant le Conseil d’Etat dans le délai de deux mois.
