The Management Board is consulted on the Fund’s draft annual accounts. It may be consulted by a joint referral from the ministers responsible for the environment, agriculture, the economy and the budget on any matter relating to the purpose of the fund.

It is informed of the operations carried out by the fund. Each year, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Caisse Centrale de Réassurance submits a report on the management of the fund, outlining the operations carried out, to the ministers responsible for the environment, agriculture, the economy and the budget.

Le conseil de gestion est consulté sur les projets de comptes annuels du fonds. Il peut être consulté par saisine conjointe des ministres chargés de l’environnement, de l’agriculture, de l’économie et du budget sur toute question se rapportant à l’objet du fonds.

Il est informé des opérations menées par le fonds. Le président du conseil d’administration de la Caisse centrale de réassurance transmet chaque année aux ministres chargés de l’environnement, de l’agriculture, de l’économie et du budget un rapport sur la gestion du fonds retraçant les opérations effectuées.
