Article R427-11 of the French Insurance Code

In order to cover the costs of compensation for which it is responsible pursuant to I and II of article L. 426-1, agreements are concluded between the fund and the insurance companies concerned on the one hand, and the office instituted underarticle L. 1142-22 of the Public Health Code on the other.

Pour la prise en charge des dépenses d’indemnisation qui lui incombent en application des I et II de l’article L. 426-1, des conventions sont conclues entre le fonds et d’une part des entreprises d’assurance concernées, d’autre part l’office institué à l’article L. 1142-22 du code de la santé publique.
