Article R427-8 of the French Insurance Code

The Management Board meets at least once a year when convened by its Chairman, either on his own initiative or at the request of the Minister for the Economy or the Minister for Health.

The secretariat of the Management Board is provided by the Caisse Centrale de Réassurance.

Le conseil de gestion se réunit au moins une fois par an sur convocation de son président, à l’initiative de celui-ci ou bien à la demande du ministre chargé de l’économie ou du ministre chargé de la santé.

Le secrétariat du conseil de gestion est assuré par la Caisse centrale de réassurance.
