Article R*431-6-2 of the French Insurance Code

The provisions of article R. 322-26 are applicable to the representatives of the French State on the Board of Directors of Caisse centrale de réassurance (1). The mandate of member of the Board of Directors representing the State is free of charge, without prejudice to the reimbursement by the company of expenses incurred in the exercise of the said mandate.

Les dispositions de l’article R. 322-26 sont applicables aux représentants de l’Etat dans le conseil d’administration de la Caisse centrale de réassurance (1). Le mandat de membre du conseil d’administration représentant l’Etat est gratuit, sans préjudice du remboursement par la société des frais exposés pour l’exercice dudit mandat.
