In order to qualify for the approval referred to in article L. 4383-3, the directors of training institutes or schools for the professionals mentioned in Titles I to VII of this book, nursing auxiliaries, childcare assistants, ambulance drivers and medical biology laboratory technicians must meet the age and diploma requirements set by order of the Minister for Health, and must not have been convicted of any offence recorded in bulletin no. 2 of the national criminal record.
Approval for directors of institutes or schools under the authority of a public health institution is granted in compliance with the statutory provisions governing staff covered by Title IV of the General Statute for Civil Servants and the legal and regulatory provisions applying to public employees.
The duties, tasks and obligations of the directors of the institutes or schools referred to in the first paragraph of this article, other than those governed by Title IV of the General Statute for Civil Servants, are set by order of the Minister for Health.
