Article R4412-138-1 of the French Labour Code

The DEMAT @ MIANTE platform referred to in Article R. 4412-133 is used to notify the certifying bodies of the following:

-every month, at the latest by a date fixed by contract between the employer and his certifying body or bodies, the list, for the coming calendar month, of operations involving the removal or encapsulation of asbestos or materials, equipment, materials or articles containing it, and, for each of them, the phasing of activities by work zone, understood as the succession of the preparatory work phase, the asbestos treatment phase and the withdrawal phase;

-any changes to the phasing of activities immediately.

Sont déclarées aux organismes certificateurs au moyen de la plateforme DEMAT @ MIANTE mentionnée à l’article R. 4412-133 :

-chaque mois, au plus tard à une date fixée par voie contractuelle entre l’employeur et son ou ses organismes certificateurs, la liste, pour le mois civil à venir, des opérations de retrait ou d’encapsulage d’amiante ou de matériaux, d’équipements, de matériels ou d’articles en contenant, en cours et planifiées sur le territoire national ainsi que, pour chacune d’elle, le phasage des activités par zone de travaux, entendu comme la succession de la phase de travaux préparatoires, de la phase de traitement de l’amiante et de la phase de repli ;

-immédiatement, toute modification apportée à ce phasage des activités.
