Article R4412-138-2 of the French Labour Code

Persons whose data is collected on the DEMAT @ AMIANTE platform receive the information provided for in Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. This information appears on the teleservice website, as well as on any information media concerning it.

Individuals may exercise their rights of access, rectification of data and limitation of processing by contacting the employer or, where applicable, the Minister for Labour. The right to object does not apply to the processing mentioned in Article R. 4412-133.

Les personnes dont les données sont recueillies sur la plateforme DEMAT @ AMIANTE reçoivent l’information prévue par les articles 13 et 14 du règlement (UE) n° 2016/679 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 27 avril 2016 relatif à la protection des personnes physiques à l’égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel et à la libre circulation de ces données, et abrogeant la directive 95/46/ CE. Cette information figure sur le site internet du téléservice, ainsi que sur tout support d’information la concernant.

Les personnes peuvent exercer leurs droits d’accès, de rectification des données et à la limitation du traitement auprès de l’employeur ou, le cas échéant, du ministre chargé du travail. Le droit d’opposition n’est pas applicable aux traitements mentionnés à l’article R. 4412-133.
