Article R4412-138-3 of the French Labour Code

An order of the Minister responsible for labour specifies in particular:

1° The conditions for implementing the DEMAT @ MIANTE platform mentioned in Article R. 4412-133 and the procedures for its use by employers carrying out work involving the removal or encapsulation of asbestos or materials, equipment, materials or articles containing it;

2° The information relating to companies and establishments certified to carry out work involving the removal or encapsulation of asbestos or materials, equipment, materials or articles containing it, which must be transmitted to the DEMAT @ MIANTE platform by the certifying bodies.

Un arrêté du ministre chargé du travail précise notamment :

1° Les conditions de mise en œuvre de la plateforme DEMAT @ MIANTE mentionnée à l’article R. 4412-133 et ses modalités d’utilisation par les employeurs réalisant des travaux de retrait ou d’encapsulage d’amiante ou de matériaux, d’équipements, de matériels ou d’articles en contenant ;

2° Les éléments d’information afférents aux entreprises et établissements certifiés pour la réalisation de travaux de retrait ou d’encapsulage d’amiante ou de matériaux, d’équipements, de matériels ou d’articles en contenant devant être transmis à la plateforme DEMAT @ MIANTE par les organismes certificateurs.
