A new transmission is made when it is updated.

Le mode opératoire est transmis à l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail et aux agents des services de prévention des organismes de sécurité sociale, dans le ressort territorial desquels est situé l’établissement et, le cas échéant, à l’organisme professionnel de prévention du bâtiment et des travaux publics.

Une nouvelle transmission est faite lors de sa mise à jour.

Avant la première mise en œuvre du mode opératoire, celui-ci est transmis à l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail et aux agents des services de prévention des organismes de sécurité sociale dans le ressort territorial desquels est situé le lieu de l’intervention et, le cas échéant, à l’organisme professionnel de prévention du bâtiment et des travaux publics.
