Article R4412-95 of the French Labour Code

Independently of the provisions of this section, the work and interventions mentioned in article R. 4412-94 are subject to the provisions applicable to dangerous chemical agents, including the specific provisions relating to the prevention of the risks of exposure to carcinogenic, mutagenic and toxic agents for reproduction in section II, with the exception of the exposure control provided for in articles R. 4412-27 to R. 4412-32 and R. 4412-76 to R. 4412-82.

Indépendamment des dispositions de la présente section, les travaux et interventions mentionnés à l’article R. 4412-94 sont soumis aux dispositions applicables aux agents chimiques dangereux, y compris les dispositions particulières relatives à la prévention des risques d’exposition aux agents cancérogènes, mutagènes et toxiques pour la reproduction de la section II, à l’exception du contrôle de l’exposition prévu par les articles R. 4412-27 à R. 4412-32 et R. 4412-76 à R. 4412-82.
