The Chairman of the Board of Directors is solely responsible for administration.
He prepares and executes the deliberations of the Board of Directors.
He manages the Agency’s assets and is the authorising officer for revenue and expenditure.
He is the head of the departments that the Agency creates for the exercise of its powers.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors may delegate, under his supervision and responsibility, the exercise of part of his functions to the Vice-Chairmen, and in the absence and impediment of the latter, to other members of the Board of Directors.
He may also, under his supervision and responsibility, delegate his signature to the Director and to the other heads of the Agency’s departments.
These delegations remain in force until revoked.
