Article R4424-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The draft planning and sustainable development plan is subject to a public enquiry by the President of the Executive Council in the forms provided for by articles R. 123-7 to R. 123-23 of the Environment Code. However, the President of the Executive Council exercises the powers attributed to the Prefect by articles R. 123-7, R. 123-8, R. 123-13, R. 123-14, R. 123-18 and R. 123-20 to R. 123-23 of this code.

Le projet de plan d’aménagement et de développement durable est soumis à enquête publique par le président du conseil exécutif dans les formes prévues par les articles R. 123-7 à R. 123-23 du code de l’environnement. Toutefois, le président du conseil exécutif exerce les compétences attribuées au préfet par les articles R. 123-7, R. 123-8, R. 123-13, R. 123-14, R. 123-18 et R. 123-20 à R. 123-23 de ce code.
