Where the Corsican sustainable planning and development plan includes, pursuant to 1 of article L. 4424-10, the list of outstanding terrestrial and marine areas, sites and landscapes or those characteristic of the natural and cultural heritage of the coastline and the environments necessary for maintaining biological balances to be preserved, this list replaces that appearing in the article R. 121-4 du code de l’urbanisme.
