Article R4424-11 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

In the case provided for in the second paragraph of II of article R. 57-4 of the Code du domaine de l’Etat, the concessionaire may not confer a right in rem on the title to occupy the public port domain without having obtained the prior agreement of the President of the Corsican Executive Council, after consultation with the Prefect of the département.

Dans le cas prévu au deuxième alinéa du II de l’article R. 57-4 du code du domaine de l’Etat, le concessionnaire ne peut conférer un caractère constitutif de droit réel au titre d’occupation du domaine public portuaire sans avoir obtenu l’accord préalable du président du conseil exécutif de Corse, après consultation du préfet de département.
