Article R4433-21 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The portion intended to compensate for expenditure on studies and the conduct of the operation shall be the subject, at the request of the President of the Regional Council, of two payments of equal amount.

The first payment is made when the study programme referred to in article R. 4433-4 has been defined and submitted to the commission provided for in article R. 4433-3.

The second payment is made after the draft outline plan referred to in article R. 4433-1.

Article R4433-21

La part destinée à compenser les dépenses d’études et de conduite de l’opération fait l’objet à la demande du président du conseil régional de deux versements d’un montant égal.

Le premier versement est effectué lorsque le programme d’études visé à l’article R. 4433-4 a été défini et soumis à la commission prévue à l’article R. 4433-3.

Le second versement a lieu après la mise à la disposition du public du projet de schéma visé à l’article R. 4433-1.
