Article R4433-22 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The portion corresponding to material expenses is paid in two equal instalments.

The first payment is made when the matter is referred to the regional prefect, the regional economic, social and environmental council and the council for culture, education and the environment, pursuant to article R. 4433-7.

The second payment is made after the development plan has been adopted by the regional council.

Article R4433-22

La part correspondant aux dépenses matérielles fait l’objet de deux versements d’un montant égal.

Le premier versement est effectué au moment de la saisine du préfet de région, du conseil économique, social et environnemental régional et du conseil de la culture, de l’éducation et de l’environnement, en application de l’article R. 4433-7.

Le second versement a lieu après l’adoption du schéma d’aménagement par le conseil régional.
