Article R4434-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of article R. 4332-10 are applicable to the overseas regions subject to the condition that the share of the grant intended to take account of changes in the school-age population is allocated in full in proportion to the number of births recorded between the tenth and sixth years preceding the year in which the grant is allocated.

Les dispositions de l’article R. 4332-10 sont applicables aux régions d’outre-mer sous la réserve que la part de la dotation destinée à tenir compte de l’évolution de la population scolarisable est en totalité répartie proportionnellement au nombre de naissances constatées entre la dixième et la sixième année précédant l’année d’attribution de la dotation.
