Article R4523-15 of the French Labour Code

Meetings of the health, safety and working conditions committee of the user undertaking in an extended formation are held separately from those of the committee in an ordinary formation.

The agenda for the meeting of the extended committee and the attached documents are sent by the chairman of the committee, in accordance with the procedures set out in Article L. 2315-30 and the fourth paragraph of Article L. 2315-27, at least thirty days before the date set for the meeting.

Time spent at meetings of the Enlarged Works Council is deemed to be working time and is paid at the normal rate.

Les réunions de la commission santé, sécurité et conditions de travail de l’entreprise utilisatrice en formation élargie se tiennent séparément de celles de la commission en formation ordinaire.


L’ordre du jour de la réunion de la commission élargie et les documents joints sont transmis par le président de la commission, selon les modalités fixées à l’article L. 2315-30 et au quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 2315-27, au moins trente jours avant la date fixée pour la réunion.


Le temps passé en réunion de la commission élargie est considéré comme temps de travail et payé à l’échéance normale.
