The Social and Economic Committee may call upon the expert in technological risks mentioned in article L. 4523-5 in the event of serious danger in connection with the classified installation.
The expert submits his report within forty-five days of being called upon.

L’expert présente son rapport dans le délai de quarante-cinq jours à compter de sa saisine.
