Article R4532-10 of the French Labour Code

In the case of operations undertaken by a private individual which are not subject to obtaining a building permit, as provided for in 2° of Article L. 4532-7, coordination is ensured, during each of its interventions on the site, by the company whose share of the workforce in the operation is the highest.
When this company interrupts or terminates its work, the company which in turn meets the criterion defined in the first paragraph takes over coordination.
Any change in the coordinator will be agreed in advance by the contractors concerned.

Article R4532-10
