Article R4532-22 of the French Labour Code

The contract, amendment or document :
1° Defines the content of the task entrusted to the coordinator, the resources, in particular the financial resources, that the project owner makes available to the coordinator and the authority it confers on the coordinator in relation to all those involved in the operation, the project owner and contractors, employers or self-employed workers;
2° Specifies the coordinator’s obligations, in particular the arrangements for his attendance at meetings during the design, study and project development phase and at site meetings during the construction phase.

Le contrat, l’avenant ou le document :
1° Définit le contenu de la mission confiée au coordonnateur, les moyens, notamment financiers, que le maître d’ouvrage met à la disposition de celui-ci ainsi que l’autorité qu’il lui confère par rapport à l’ensemble des intervenants dans l’opération, maître d’œuvre et entrepreneurs, employeurs ou travailleurs indépendants ;
2° Précise les obligations du coordonnateur, notamment les modalités de sa présence aux réunions lors de la phase de conception, d’étude et d’élaboration du projet et aux réunions de chantier pendant la phase de réalisation de l’ouvrage.
