Article R4532-60 of the French Labour Code

A contractor who has all or part of the contract entered into with the project owner performed by one or more subcontractors must provide the subcontractors with:
1° A copy of the general coordination plan;
2° Where applicable, a document specifying the general organisational measures that he has adopted for the part of the site for which he is responsible and which are likely to have an impact on the health and safety of workers.

L’entrepreneur qui fait exécuter le contrat conclu avec le maître d’ouvrage, en tout ou partie, par un ou plusieurs sous-traitants remet à ceux-ci :
1° Un exemplaire du plan général de coordination ;
2° Le cas échéant, un document précisant les mesures d’organisation générales qu’il a retenues pour la partie du chantier dont il a la responsabilité et qui sont de nature à avoir une incidence sur la santé et la sécurité des travailleurs.
