Article R4532-61 of the French Labour Code

When drawing up the specific safety plan, the subcontractor shall take into account the information provided by the contractor, in particular that contained in the general coordination plan.
He shall also take account of the information contained in the document provided for in 2° of article R. 4532-60.

Pour l’élaboration du plan particulier de sécurité, le sous-traitant tient compte des informations fournies par l’entrepreneur, notamment de celles qui sont contenues dans le plan général de coordination.
Il tient également compte des informations contenues dans le document prévu au 2° de l’article R. 4532-60.
