Article R4532-62 of the French Labour Code

From receipt of the contract signed by the contractor, the subcontractor has at least thirty days to draw up the specific safety plan.
This period is reduced to eight days for finishing work in the case of a building operation or for ancillary work packages or work in the case of a civil engineering operation, provided that they are not on the list of work involving particular risks provided for in article L. 4532-8.

A compter de la réception du contrat signé par l’entrepreneur, le sous-traitant dispose d’au moins trente jours pour établir le plan particulier de sécurité.
Ce délai est réduit à huit jours pour les travaux du second œuvre lorsqu’il s’agit d’une opération de bâtiment ou pour les lots ou travaux accessoires dans le cas d’une opération de génie civil, dès lors que ceux-ci ne figurent pas sur la liste des travaux comportant des risques particuliers prévue à l’article L. 4532-8.
