Where it has not been possible to apply a preventive measure provided for in the plan, the contractor shall indicate on the plan the means of at least equivalent effectiveness that have been implemented. The coordinator and the persons and bodies referred to in Article R. 4532-70 shall be informed of this substitution.

Lorsqu’une mesure de prévention prévue au plan n’a pu être appliquée, l’entrepreneur indique sur le plan les moyens d’une efficacité au moins équivalente qui ont été mis en œuvre. Cette substitution est portée à la connaissance du coordonnateur et des personnes et organismes mentionnés à l’article R. 4532-70.
