Article R4532-91 of the French Labour Code

The draft rules of the inter-company college are drawn up by the coordinator during the design, study and development phase of the project.
They are attached to the documents in the consultation file sent by the project owner to the contractors and, in the absence of consultation, to each contract concluded for an operation covered by the provisions of article R. 4532-77.
In the event of subcontracting, the main contractor must send each of its subcontractors the rules of the college, or draft rules if the rules have not yet been adopted when the subcontract is concluded.

Le projet de règlement du collège interentreprises est élaboré par le coordonnateur pendant la phase de conception, d’étude et d’élaboration du projet.
Il est annexé aux documents du dossier de consultation adressés par le maître d’ouvrage aux entrepreneurs et, en l’absence de consultation, à chaque marché ou contrat conclu pour une opération entrant dans les prévisions de l’article R. 4532-77.
En cas de sous-traitance, l’entrepreneur principal communique à chacun de ses sous-traitants le règlement du collège, ou son projet si le règlement n’a pas encore été adopté au moment de la conclusion du contrat de sous-traitance.
