Article R4532-93 of the French Labour Code

When, on a site subject to this section, it has been planned to defer the award of certain lots, the companies called upon to intervene after the formation of the inter-company college are obliged to participate as soon as they intervene on the site.
They must also comply with the rules of the college and inform the chairman of the names of their representatives in accordance with Article R. 4532-81.

Lorsque, sur un chantier soumis à la présente section, il a été prévu de différer l’attribution de certains lots, les entreprises appelées à intervenir après la constitution du collège interentreprises ont l’obligation d’y participer dès leur intervention sur le chantier.
Elles se conforment également au règlement du collège et communiquent au président le nom de leurs représentants dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 4532-81.
