Article R4532-94 of the French Labour Code

The social and economic committees of the establishments called upon to intervene on the worksite receive copies of the minutes of the inter-company college and may refer any matter within its remit in writing to the chairman of the college.
The Chairman responds in writing to the observations made and informs the members of the college in good time and, at the latest, at the meeting following the request of the parties concerned.

Les comités sociaux et économiques des établissements appelés à intervenir sur le chantier reçoivent les copies des procès-verbaux du collège interentreprises et peuvent saisir par écrit le président de ce dernier de toute question relevant de sa compétence.
Le président répond par écrit aux observations formulées et en informe les membres du collège en temps utile et, au plus tard, lors de la réunion qui suit la demande des intéressés.
