When assessing risks and organising workstations, the employer shall take into account:
1° The characteristics of the workload, the physical effort required, the characteristics of the working environment and the requirements of the activity;
2° Individual risk factors, as defined by joint order of the ministers responsible for labour and agriculture.

Article R4541-6

Pour l’évaluation des risques et l’organisation des postes de travail, l’employeur tient compte :
1° Des caractéristiques de la charge, de l’effort physique requis, des caractéristiques du milieu de travail et des exigences de l’activité ;
2° Des facteurs individuels de risque, définis par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés du travail et de l’agriculture.
