Article R4622-52 of the French Labour Code

Silence on an application for approval or renewal of approval for more than four months is equivalent to an approval decision.

Silence kept for more than four months by the Minister in charge of labour in the event of a hierarchical appeal against a decision relating to approval shall be deemed to constitute an approval decision.
