An occupational medicine intern is subject to the provisions relating to the internship system determined in application of article L. 6153-1 of the public health code and to the organisation of the third cycle of medical studies determined in application of article L. 632-2 of the Education Code.

L’interne en médecine du travail est soumis aux dispositions relatives au régime de l’internat déterminé en application de l’article L. 6153-1 du code de la santé publique et à l’organisation du troisième cycle des études médicales fixée en application de l’article L. 632-2 du code de l’éducation.
