Article R4623-34 of the French Labour Code

The nurse carries out the occupational health tasks assigned to him/her by this code or delegated under the conditions provided for in article R. 4623-14 under the authority of the company occupational physician in the case of autonomous occupational health and prevention services or under that of the occupational physician of the inter-company occupational health and prevention service operating in the company.

The multidisciplinary team of the inter-company occupational health and prevention service coordinates with the company nurse.

L’infirmier assure ses missions de santé au travail qui lui sont dévolues par le présent code ou déléguées dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 4623-14 sous l’autorité du médecin du travail de l’entreprise dans le cas des services de prévention et de santé au travail autonomes ou sous celle du médecin du travail du service de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises intervenant dans l’entreprise.

L’équipe pluridisciplinaire du service de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises se coordonne avec l’infirmier de l’entreprise.
