Article R4624-21 of the French Labour Code

If the occupational physician is informed and finds that the worker is assigned to a position presenting particular risks to his health or safety or to that of his colleagues or third parties in the immediate working environment defined in Article R. 4624-23, the worker will immediately benefit from the enhanced individual monitoring arrangements provided for in Subsection 2.

Si le médecin du travail est informé et constate que le travailleur est affecté à un poste présentant des risques particuliers pour sa santé ou sa sécurité ou pour celles de ses collègues ou des tiers évoluant dans l’environnement immédiat de travail défini à l’article R. 4624-23, le travailleur bénéficie sans délai des modalités de suivi individuel renforcé prévues à la sous-section 2.
