Article R4625-6 of the French Labour Code

An occupational physician may not be assigned exclusively to the sector reserved for temporary workers. A derogation may be granted by the Regional Director of Companies, Competition, Consumption, Labour and Employment, after consultation with the Labour Inspector, when the particular characteristics of the sector so require.

L’affectation d’un médecin du travail au secteur réservé aux travailleurs temporaires ne peut être faite à titre exclusif. Une dérogation peut être accordée après avis du médecin inspecteur du travail par le directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi, lorsque les caractéristiques particulières du secteur l’exigent.
