Article R4626-13-1 of the French Labour Code

In university hospital centres, the duties of occupational health physician may be entrusted to a university professor-hospital practitioner in occupational medicine under the conditions defined in articles R. 4626-12 and R. 4626-13. In this case, the provisions of articles R. 4623-4 and R. 4626-9 do not apply.

Dans les centres hospitaliers universitaires, les fonctions de médecin du travail peuvent être confiées à un professeur des universités-praticien hospitalier en médecine du travail dans les conditions définies aux articles R. 4626-12 et R. 4626-13. Dans ce cas, les dispositions des articles R. 4623-4 et R. 4626-9 ne sont pas applicables.
