When the employer uses the services of a registered occupational risk prevention consultant or the prevention bodies mentioned in article L. 4644-1, he informs his occupational health service of this intervention and of the results of the studies carried out in this context.

Lorsque l’employeur fait appel à un intervenant en prévention des risques professionnels enregistré ou aux organismes de prévention mentionnés à l’article L. 4644-1, il informe son service de santé au travail de cette intervention ainsi que des résultats des études menées dans ce cadre.
