Article R4722-27 of the French Labour Code

The employer must prove that he has referred the matter to the accredited body within fifteen days of the date of the request for verification.

It shall forward the report drawn up by the body to the Labour Inspection inspector within ten days of receiving it.

L’employeur justifie qu’il a saisi l’organisme accrédité dans les quinze jours suivant la date de demande de vérification.

Il transmet à l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail, dans les dix jours qui suivent sa réception, le rapport établi par l’organisme.
