Directors receive a fixed salary approved by the central body of Crédit Agricole, excluding any percentage of profits or operations. Exceptional bonuses may be granted each year by the Board of Directors, subject to approval by Crédit Agricole’s central body.

Les directeurs reçoivent, à l’exclusion de tout pourcentage sur les bénéfices ou les opérations, un traitement fixe approuvé par l’organe central du Crédit agricole. Une gratification exceptionnelle peut, chaque année, suivant les services, leur être accordée par le conseil d’administration après approbation de l’organe central du Crédit agricole.
