I.-When the intermediaries referred to in 3° or 4° of the I of article R. 511-2 and their employees carry on the business of distribution as an ancillary activity to their main professional activity and present, offer or help to conclude only contracts relating to insurance products constituting a complement to the product or service provided as part of their professional activity and not including civil liability cover, they must satisfy one of the conditions listed below:
1° They must either have undergone training of a reasonable duration, appropriate to the products and contracts that they present or offer, leading to the issue of a training certificate;
2° Or have six months’ seniority in a position relating to the production or management of insurance or capitalisation contracts in an insurance undertaking or within one of the intermediaries mentioned in 1° to 4° of I of article R. 511-2 ;
3° Or be in possession of a diploma, title or certificate mentioned on a list determined by order of the Ministers of the Economy and Education.
II – The salaried individuals mentioned in a and c to f of 5° of the I of article R. 511-2, working at the head office or in a production office, whose manager fulfils the conditions of professional competence mentioned in article R. 512-9, meet one of the conditions mentioned in 1° to 3° of the I of this article.
